Advertisers and Users are required to submit the name, a valid email address and a valid mobile number, before they are allowed to post advertisements or before they are allowed to use the site. The name, email address and mobile number of the Advertiser and User shall be publicly displayed. Hireme.lk shall not be responsible or liable for any issues, claims, damages, losses resulting from the personal information being publicly available.
The advertiser or the user may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before Hireme.lk accepts to publish the advertisement or information.
Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, the user or advertiser must notify us of any unauthorized use of the password or account. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with the failure to comply with this section.

Hireme.lk shall not and will not mediate any such dispute between Buyer and Seller or Advertiser and User and cannot be held liable for any claim of loss, damages or wrongdoing on behalf of either the Buyer or Seller or Advertiser and User.
Hireme.lk shall not assume any responsibility for any illegality or any inaccuracy of the Content. Users shall rely and act upon on the content in the website at their own risk. Hireme.lk nor the website owners nor the administrators or Parent Company or Subsidiaries of the site shall be liable or responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentation or the costs or the losses or the damages incurred by the advertisers or users in using hireme.lk.
The advertisers and user guarantee that his or her Content or advertisement does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, and agree to release and indemnify hireme.lk or its owners or Parent Company or Subsidiaries from all obligations, liabilities and claims arising in connection with the use of the service.
Hireme.lk or its owners shall have the absolute discretion to reject any advertisement or the content or a portion of the advertisement or a portion of the content without stating any reasons whatsoever.
Hireme.lk or its owners shall have the absolute discretion to edit or amend or modify the advertisement or the content.
Advertisers grant hireme.lk or its owner’s royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such Content or incorporate such Content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. The material (including the Content, and any other content, software or services) contained on hireme.lk are the property of its owners, its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or third party licensors. Any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade names and other distinguishing brands on the Web Site are the property of hireme.lk or it owners. Safety and images
Hireme.lk reserves the right to change the title of the Content, for editorial purposes. Hireme.lk reserves the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate hireme.lk's rules.
Hireme.lk has the right to cooperate with authorities in the case any Content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be determined, for example by an ISP. IP addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Hireme.lk will collect information from Users and Advertisers. It is a condition of use of the hireme.lk that each User and advertiser consents and authorizes hireme.lk to collect and use this information. Hireme.lk also reserves the right to disclose it to Company Affiliates and any other person for the purposes of administering, supporting and maintaining hireme.lk, as well as for improving hireme.lk, for example by using the information for research, marketing, product development and planning.
Hireme.lk does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Web Site. The Web Site is provided "as is" and as and when available.
Links to third party websites
Hireme.lk may contain links or references to other websites ('Third Party Websites'). Hireme.lk or shall not be responsible for the contents in Third Party Websites. As part of a membership package, hireme.lk will create a Shop on behalf of the user. A Shop is a dedicated webpage on hireme.lk, maintained by hireme.lk, with content provided by the user. Hireme.lk has the right to any content added to the Shop by the user and has the right to remove or not publish the content if it violates any aspect of the Terms and Conditions.
Hireme.lk reserves the right to modify or change membership packages, including the price and the contents of the membership package.
Hireme.lk is not obligated to refund money or services if a membership package is cancelled early, for any reason.
hireme.lk assume no responsibility what so ever for the use of hireme.lk and disclaims all responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or any way related to (a) any errors on hireme.lk or the Content, including but not limited to technical errors and typographical errors, (b) any third party web sites or content directly or indirectly accessed through links in hireme.lk, (c) the unavailability of hireme.lk, (d) your use of hireme.lk or the Content, or (e) your use of any equipment (or software) in connection with hireme.lk
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify hireme.lk as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Hireme.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on hireme.lk. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of hireme.lk shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
