Join HireMe and post your hiring requirements on HireMe community to get an immediate response or browse through our HireMe listings to find suitable service providers and contact them.

How do I hire in HireMe?

Join HireMe and create listings including details about your services, skills and goods you wish to hire. Approved listings will appear on the ‘Listings’ page.

How do I join HireMe.lk community?

Join with HireMe is easy and free. Click on the Join button in the upper left corner. Select your account type (Personal/ Business) and fill in your information. You can join using either a valid email address or a valid phone number.

To complete the account verification process, an email will be sent to you with a verification link or a message to your phone with an OTP code. Click on the verification link or enter the OTP code on the window and proceed with your registration.

What is the difference between personal and business accounts?

Both accounts work in the same manner but the business account has some extra features including posting job opportunities.

The business account is suitable for anyone who already has a business organization or entrepreneurs who want to expand their business more.

How do I log in or log out of my account?

To log in to your HireMe account, simply click on the ‘Login’ button on the upper left corner and enter your email address or phone number (which you have used with account registration) and HireMe password.

If you have created an account through Google or Facebook, click on Google or Facebook buttons and follow the instruction.

To log out of your account, click on the ‘Logout’ option on the upper left corner dropdown menu.

How do I change my password?

Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page and click on the ‘Security & Password‘ tab on the dashboard. On the appeared window enter your current password and new password on the relevant boxes and click on the ‘Update password’ button.

Then log in again using the new password.

What do I do when I forgot my password?

Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link on the ‘login’ window. Then enter your email address on the appeared window and click on the ‘Send Link’ button.

A link will be sent to your email with instructions to create a new password.

Why can’t I log in to my HireMe account?

Please check,
· Whether you have created an account on HireMe.lk · Whether you have entered correct email address / phone number and password on the login window.

How do I visit Profile page?

You can visit your profile page by clicking the ‘profile’ link on the upper left corner dropdown menu or by clicking ‘View Profile’ link on your ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page’s dashboard.

How to add or edit cover image and profile image on the Profile page?

Click on the little camera icon on the cover image space and profile image space. Browse the image you want and click on the Submit button.

How do I add or edit details on the Profile page?

Click on the ‘Edit Info’ button near the Socials, About Me, My Bio and My Experience. Add or make new changes and click on the Submit button.

What is a listing?

In a listing you can include details and images of your skills, services and goods you wish to hire. Approved listings will be appeared on the ‘Listings’ page.

How do I add a listing?

There are two ways to add a new listing.
1. Click on the ‘New Listing’ button on the profile page and fill the relevant information on the appeared window and click ‘publish’.
2. Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page. Then click on ‘MY Listings’ tab on the dashboard and click on the ‘New Listing’ button on the upper left corner. Fill the relevant information on the appeared window and click ‘publish’.
Your published listing will be sent to the site admin for verification. Once your listing is verified it will appear on the ‘Listings’ page.

How do I edit my listings?

Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page and select ‘My Listings’ tab. Then click on the pencil icon on the relevant listing which you want to edit. Then make changes and click on the ‘publish’ button.

Your edited listing will be sent to the site admin for verification. Once your listing is verified it will appear on the ‘Listings’ page.

How do I delete my listings?

Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page and select ‘My Listings’ tab. Then click on the bin icon on the relevant listing which you want to delete. Then click ‘Yes’ on the appeared message box.

Can I remove a listing from ‘Listing’ page without deleting it?

If you want your listings to invisible on the ‘Listing’ page for certain time period, only you have to do is change the statue of the relevant listing.

Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page and select ‘My Listings’ tab and select the relevant listing. Change the listing’s statue from available to unavailable by clicking the button below the statue.

Click it again to change the statue from unavailable to available.

What is the resubmission of a listing?

If your listing content violate the HireMe.lk standard and laws or there is a problem with your content that need to fix, your listing will not be verified. The reason for the resubmission is mentioned under ‘view comment’ link on the relevant listing.

After making the appropriate changes, the listing can be republished for verification.

What is the permeant ban of a listing?

If your listing content violate the HireMe.lk standard and laws your listing will not be verified. Check our ‘Terms & Condition’ page for more closure.

What can I do on the community page?

In community page you can post your hiring requirements. As soon as you post a new hiring request our service providers will get a notification. Available service providers will immediately contact you and provide solution for your hiring needs.

Service providers can filter to find the hiring requests that required their services and can contact the client immediately.

How do I post in community?

Visit ‘Community’ page and click on the ‘New Request’ button. Fill the hiring details according to your requirement in relevant boxes and click on the ‘Post Request’ button.

How do I post a job opportunity?

To post a job opportunity, you need to have a business account.

Visit ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page and click on ‘My Opportunities’ tab on the dashboard. Then Click on the ‘New Opportunity’ button on the upper left corner.

Fill out the relevant details with a closing date of the advertisement and click ‘publish’.

Your job post will be appeared in ‘Job bank’.

How do I delete a job opportunity?

Visit ‘MY Opportunities’ page on ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and click on the bin icon on the relevant job post which you want to delete. Then click ‘Yes’ on the appeared message box.

What is the Referral Code?

A referral code is a token provided for agents and their customers.

If you received a referral code you can enter it by visiting ‘Security & Password’ page on ‘My Account’.

Only once the user can enter his/her referral number.
